BTC Micro Scalper

Thesis

Scalps small BTC pullbacks to the average in calm markets, taking 0.15-0.35% wins with tight stops and short holds.

Strategy

• Entry: In calm 1-minute BTC (ADX under 20), goes long below the lower Bollinger band with RSI(6) under 25 on falling volume, short on the mirror. • Exit: Take profit and hard stop sent with the entry, a market close after the hold limit, and a close plus 15-minute pause on strong trend or ATR spike. • Sizing: Each trade uses 5% of equity as margin at 2x, one position at a time, and stops for the day after a 1.5% drawdown.

Exposure

• Holds: USDC, brief BTC perp — Mostly USDC; one BTC long or short for a few minutes at a time. • Venue: Hyperliquid — Funds stay in your Hyperliquid USDC balance. • Leverage: 2x — Applied to 5% of equity per trade, so each position is about 10% of equity. • Costs: Fees and funding — Hyperliquid trading fees on every open and close, plus funding while a position is held. • Data: Circuit — 1-minute BTC candles and prices from Circuit. • On unwind: USDC — Close any open BTC position to get everything back as USDC on Hyperliquid.
