Strategy

• Daily ranking: Daily rankings use Circuit's CoinGecko meme category, and coins leaving the basket are sold back to Base USDC. • Drift correction: Retains qualifying holdings and corrects material weight drift, subject to minimum trades, bounded slippage and a round-trip cost ceiling. • Sizing: A long-only spot basket with a default 5% total allocation target; unsupported top-ranked coins retain their cash slots.

• Holds: Memecoins and Base USDC — Up to five cataloged EVM memecoins at equal weight, with the rest of the allocation in Base USDC. • Venue: Spot swaps from Base — Starts from Base USDC; only cataloged EVM contracts are tradable. • Leverage: None — A long-only spot strategy. • Costs: Gas, swaps, bridges — Gas, bridges, swap fees and bounded slippage on each trade; Terminal must fund the agent with sufficient gas on the relevant chains. • Data: Circuit — Daily rankings use Circuit's CoinGecko meme category. • On unwind: Base USDC — Runs until stopped, then attempts to sell every session token holding back to Base USDC.
