Rides SOL breakouts on Hyperliquid at 8x leverage for outsized upside, cutting losers fast and shutting down after a hard session drawdown.

Strategy

• Breakout entry: Enter when SOL is up 2.5%+ over the last ~90 minutes, deploying ~60% of free collateral as margin per entry. • Exits: Take profit at +12% price and stop loss at −5% price, then cool down ~1 hour after a stop. • Kill switch: Halt and flatten if session equity drops 35% from peak.

Exposure

• Holds: SOL perp long — A long SOL perp on Hyperliquid, margined with your USDC. • Venue: Hyperliquid — Long SOL perp at 8x cross leverage on Hyperliquid. • Leverage: 8x — A ~12% adverse move can wipe the position, and gaps can blow through the stop. • Costs: Fees and funding — Hyperliquid trading fees and funding on the leveraged position. • Data: Hyperliquid API — Reads SOL prices from Circuit and account state from api.hyperliquid.xyz. • On unwind: SOL long closed — Flattens the SOL position, leaving USDC on Hyperliquid.
