Big Tech Low-Vol Three

Holds three calmer tech stocks

How it works

Thesis

Profit from rising big tech prices by holding the three Magnificent Seven stocks with the smallest recent daily price swings.

Strategy

• Rank daily: Buy the three with the lowest 30-day daily return volatility among AAPL, AMZN, GOOGL, META, MSFT, NVDA and TSLA, including weekends. • Rotate the basket: Keep selected long positions and sell names that leave the lowest-volatility three, replacing them with the new selections. • Size entries: Start with equal thirds; size replacements from available exposure up to one-third each, with a $10 order minimum and 1x total exposure target.

Exposure

• Holds: Three stock positions — Long stock perpetuals selected from AAPL, AMZN, GOOGL, META, MSFT, NVDA and TSLA, backed by USDC rather than ownership of company shares. • Venue: Hyperliquid XYZ — Trades XYZ stock markets with USDC held on Hyperliquid; starts from at least 40 USDC. • Leverage: 1x target — Targets total exposure equal to the allocation when buying, with weights allowed to drift between replacements. • Costs: Trading and funding — Pays Hyperliquid trading fees and ongoing funding payments on the stock perpetuals. • Data: Circuit — Uses daily stock-perpetual prices for volatility and current prices for orders. • On unwind: USDC — All stock positions close and remaining funds stay in USDC on Hyperliquid.
