PAPER MILL

Paired BTC sized to allocation

How it works

Thesis

Earn PAPER by pairing 50x BTC longs and shorts sized to your allocation on Papertrade, then staking the rewards.

Strategy

• Pair: Open a long and short together at 50x, each with a third of session capital, when twice that is free; wait 60 seconds between pairs. • Exit: Check each minute; close both at a 1% move, or the survivor if its partner is gone; an unpaired leg retries its hedge, then closes at 3 minutes or a 0.3% move. • Stop and stake: Close and stop at a net loss of 20% of capital or a five-minute move over 1.5%; after each cycle, stake all unstaked PAPER when at least 1,000.

Exposure

• Holds: BTC pair and PAPER — Two opposite BTC positions each use a third of session capital as USDC margin; earned PAPER is staked. • Venue: Papertrade — Trades on Papertrade from the wallet you start it on; fund your Papertrade balance before you start. • Leverage: 50x per leg — Each leg opens 50 times its margin in BTC exposure: $1,500 of capital opens two $25,000 legs, $15,000 opens two $250,000 legs. • Costs: Haircut and winner fee — Winning closes pay a move-dependent haircut and a 2% fee. • Data: Circuit — Uses BTC midpoints, Papertrade account data and minute candles to seed the first five-minute check; reports total PAPER balances. • On unwind: USDC and staked PAPER — Closed BTC returns settled or queued USDC; PAPER remains staked and is never withdrawn by this agent.
