Congress filings to stock perps

How it works

Thesis

Copies stock disclosures from Congress's largest filers into Hyperliquid xyz perps, betting their published trades point to further price moves.

Strategy

• Member-first: Every 20 minutes, rank 8 members by 90-day filing volume; catch up 7 publication days at startup, adjustable to 14, then follow new filings. • Orders and sizing: Copy 5% in $200 clips within the equity-times-multiple budget; mirror buys and sells using limits 1% from the midpoint, or flatten longs on sells. • Exits: Close each ticker after 14 days; at $100 combined open loss, cancel resting entries, place reduce-only exits, and pause entries until UTC midnight.

Exposure

• Holds: Stock perps and USDC — Stocks from watched members with exact Hyperliquid xyz matches; unreadable filing bands and missing listings or prices are skipped. • Venue: Hyperliquid xyz — One session and wallet funded with HyperCore USDC; no Kraken, Robinhood Chain, or Polymarket trades. • Leverage: 5x default, 1–10x range — New entries use current allocated equity including P&L; $100 at 5x allows up to $500 total notional, including order reservations. • Costs: Fees and funding — Hyperliquid trading fees and ongoing funding payments on stock perps. • Data: Circuit + Congress API — Circuit supplies listings and prices; congressinfor-production.up.railway.app supplies Congress filings unavailable in Circuit, with day-level publication dates. • On unwind: HyperCore USDC — Resting orders are canceled and stock perps are closed; remaining funds stay in USDC.
