Bitcoin 50-Day Trend

Holds BTC above its 50-day mean

How it works

Thesis

Capture Bitcoin uptrends by holding a BTC long above its 50-day average and staying in USDC otherwise.

Strategy

• Entry: Every 15 minutes, buy BTC if its current price exceeds the simple average of its last 50 completed UTC daily closes and no BTC long is held. • Exit: Hold the BTC long while above the average, close it at or below the average, and re-enter when above again. • Size: Size BTC entry exposure to the allocated USDC balance at 1x, raising small orders to Hyperliquid's minimum.

Exposure

• Holds: BTC long or USDC — A BTC perpetual long backed by USDC when above the average, or USDC alone otherwise. • Venue: Hyperliquid — The allocated USDC and BTC position stay on Hyperliquid. • Leverage: 1x at entry — BTC target exposure equals the allocated USDC balance, with no additional multiplier. • Costs: Fees and funding — Hyperliquid trading fees and ongoing BTC funding payments or receipts. • Data: Circuit — Hyperliquid BTC prices and daily candles. • On unwind: USDC — The BTC position closes, leaving USDC on Hyperliquid.
