BTC PAPER Miner

Four portions, net-profit exits

How it works

Thesis

Trade BTC at 1000× to capture net gains on wins and stake PAPER received from losses for USDC rewards.

Strategy

• Entries: Use four $50 portions from $200, trading one BTC position at a time at 1000× and alternating long and short. • Exits: Watch BTC's live price; close at estimated 25% net gain after haircut and fee, or within 0.005% of liquidation to keep part of the margin. • Reinvestment: Reuse $50 only after queued payouts clear, stake PAPER at the 1,000-token minimum, claim rewards, and cease entries when less than $50 remains.

Exposure

• Holds: BTC and staked PAPER — USDC funds one $50 BTC position at a time; received PAPER is staked for USDC rewards. • Venue: Papertrade — Allocate $200 in Papertrade USDC; trading and staking use its managed execution service. • Leverage: 1000× — Each $50 position carries $50,000 of BTC exposure; liquidation sits 0.05% from entry, so most positions lose most of their margin. • Costs: Haircut and 2% win fee — Net estimates include the BTC impact curve, 0.2-basis-point deadband and winning-profit fee. • Data: Hyperliquid, Papertrade — Streams Hyperliquid's BTC best bid and ask, the price Papertrade settles at, and reads Papertrade's account and trading terms. • On unwind: Open position stays open — Stopping leaves the position on Papertrade; turn on hard_kill first to close it. Staked PAPER remains staked.
