BTC Micro Scalper

Thesis

Scalps small BTC pullbacks to the average on Papertrade in calm markets, taking 0.15-0.35% wins with tight stops and short holds.

Strategy

• Entry: In calm 1-minute BTC (ADX under 20), goes long below the lower Bollinger band with RSI(6) under 25 on falling volume, short on the mirror. • Exit: Checks every second: closes at the profit target, the stop, or the hold limit, and closes plus pauses 15 minutes on a strong trend or ATR spike. • Sizing and loss limits: 5% of equity as margin at 2x (at least $1,000), one trade at a time; pauses for the day at -1.5% and stops for good at -10%.

Exposure

• Holds: USDC, brief BTC — Mostly USDC; one BTC long or short on Papertrade for a few minutes at a time. • Venue: Papertrade — Funds sit in your Papertrade USDC balance; move USDC there from Hyperliquid first. • Leverage: 2x — Each position is twice its margin, at least $1,000. • Costs: Price impact, win fee — Papertrade's entry price impact on every trade and a 2% fee on winning trades. • Data: Circuit — 1-minute BTC candles and prices from Circuit. • On unwind: USDC — Close any open BTC position to get everything back as USDC on Papertrade.
