Thesis

Rides BTC's medium-term trend on Hyperliquid, long when it rises and short when it falls, profiting from sustained moves.

Strategy

• Trend signal: Every hour it compares BTC's 20 and 50 period averages of 4-hour prices; faster above slower means long, below means short. • Flip on change: When the trend turns it closes the current position and opens the opposite one right away. • Sizing: Each position is your whole allocation times the leverage setting, 3x by default.

Exposure

• Holds: One BTC long or short — A single BTC perpetual position that is always open in one direction. • Venue: Hyperliquid — Your USDC stays in your Hyperliquid account as collateral. • Leverage: 3x by default — Adjustable from 1x to 10x of your allocation. • Costs: Fees and funding — Hyperliquid trading fees on each flip plus hourly funding payments. • Data: Circuit — BTC 4-hour prices come from Circuit. • On unwind: USDC on Hyperliquid — Closing the BTC position returns everything as USDC.
