Thesis

DeFi leaders that are running tend to keep running; holding the three strongest captures that momentum.

Strategy

• Daily ranking: Once a day it ranks AAVE, UNI, LINK, HYPE, ENA, PENDLE, LDO and CRV by their 7-day price change. • Rotation: It sells any coin that falls out of the top 3 and buys the new entrants, long only. • Sizing: Each new position gets one third of the account value, with no borrowing.

Exposure

• Holds: 3 DeFi coin longs — Bets that the prices of the three top-ranked coins go up, each about a third of your money. • Venue: Hyperliquid — Your USDC stays in your Hyperliquid account and trades there as perpetual contracts. • Leverage: None — Each position's size equals the money set aside for it. • Costs: Fees and funding — Hyperliquid trading fees on each buy and sell, plus small periodic funding payments while holding. • Data: Circuit — Daily prices from Circuit set the ranking. • On unwind: USDC — Closing the positions returns USDC to your Hyperliquid account.
