Thesis

Opens matched BTC long and short pairs on Papertrade to earn PAPER cheaply, then stakes it to collect USDC rewards.

Strategy

• Paired entry: Opens a BTC long and short of equal size, up to 100 USDC total, with leverage set from recent BTC price swings. • Exit: Closes both sides when BTC moves enough to keep cost near $15 per 1,000 PAPER, or on a loss or time limit. • Stake and claim: Stakes earned PAPER from 1,000 up and claims USDC rewards every 30 minutes without reinvesting them.

Exposure

• Holds: BTC long and short — Two equal opposite BTC positions, plus staked PAPER. • Venue: Papertrade — Fund the session with Papertrade USDC. • Leverage: 10x to 250x — Set from BTC price swings so liquidation stays beyond the closing move. • Costs: Papertrade spread — Price impact and win fees on each pair. • Data: Circuit — BTC prices and one-minute candles. • On unwind: USDC and PAPER — Close any open pair for USDC; staked PAPER stays staked.
