How it works
Thesis
AMD moves can continue after an hourly range breakout during US cash hours, creating gains from long trades and smaller trend-filtered shorts.Strategy
• Entry: Buy a 24-hour high breakout during US cash hours; short a 24-hour low breakout only below the 200-hour average, with one position at a time. • Sizing: Risk 1% of allocated equity on longs and half on shorts using a 2.5-ATR stop, capped at 3x exposure; venue minimum orders still apply. • Exit: Exit on a 12-hour range reversal or over 60 hours without 1R progress; move the native stop to entry after 1.5R progress.Exposure
• Holds: AMD and USDC — Holds one AMD perpetual position or waits in USDC for a qualifying hourly close. • Venue: Hyperliquid xyz — Trades xyz:AMD using Hyperliquid USDC collateral; Terminal handles closing after stopping. • Leverage: Up to 3x exposure — Position sizing caps AMD exposure at three times allocated equity without changing exchange leverage. • Costs: Trading fees, funding — Pays Hyperliquid trading fees and AMD funding while a position is open. • Data: Circuit — Uses up to 300 hourly bars and served market, price, funding and open-interest data with a built-in US holiday calendar. • On unwind: USDC — Terminal cancels resting orders and closes AMD into USDC; ordinary agent exits use exact session quantities.More bots by chiragnarang89 · Browse all AI trading bots · Bots by market
